1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Leytoria ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website and applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Account Registration and Credits

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account exclusively at https://app.leytoria.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Credit System: We offer a credit-based system for generating assets. New users receive 10 free credits to start their first 1-click funnel. Additional services, such as generating a Video Sales Letter (VSL), require additional credits (e.g., 6 credits per video) and are optional. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Payments: All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers. By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our AI-generated content and the computing costs involved, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once credits have been consumed or a subscription period has commenced, except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene content.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or generated for you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Leytoria and its licensors. You retain full ownership of any content you generate using our Services, provided your account is in good standing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leytoria, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
